Productive Blogging reserves the right to terminate the Service or Product, and/or access to certain features of the Service or Product, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

Lifetime Access is for the lifetime of the Service or Product. If for any reason, Productive Blogging should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access to the Service or Product terminates.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

Courses: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Product. To request a refund please contact support via email.

Ebooks: Due to the downloadable nature of ebooks, we do not offer refunds on ebooks.

14. Changed Terms

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site.

Any use of the School, Product or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments.

We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions of Use, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions of Use.

15. Waiver

No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Productive Blogging shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Productive Blogging.

16. Severability

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

17. Profitable Productivity Beta Program

As a condition of enrolling in the Profitable Productivity Beta Program and so getting the course at the discounted rate of $197, all beta students commit to going through the course materials and submitting an honest testimonial by 26th May 2023. Failure to do so will result in access to the course being suspended until the testimonial (minimum 200 words) has been submitted.

If you are caught doing any of the above, we reserve the right to deactivate your account without warning at any time and you will not receive any commission payouts.

PRIVACY POLICY

Productive Blogging respects the privacy of all its affiliates and partners. We will not share or sell any of your information with any 3rd party without your explicit permission.

All personal information is securely stored and is only used for Productive Blogging to keep you up to date on our affiliate system, our offers for you to promote, to send you notifications as you specify in your dashboard settings, and to make sure you get paid

PAYMENT TERMS

All approved Productive Blogging affiliates can generate commissions by referring customers through their individual affiliate links, accessible in the affiliate dashboard.

Commission amounts vary depending on the products and campaigns promoted. Productive Blogging reserves the right to alter affiliate commission amounts at any time (such changes will not be retroactive).

It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their affiliate links and promotional banners are placed within their promotional material correctly.

The only accepted payout method is via PayPal. All affiliates can create a free PayPal account and must enter their correct payment address in their affiliate dashboard to be eligible for payments. Affiliate payouts will be sent to the PayPal account affiliates have on file in their affiliate dashboard.

All approved affiliate commissions are paid once per month, in USD, on the first of every month (or the next business day if the first is on a weekend or US holiday) to your PayPal account, with a 30-day delay. 30 days is the refund period for our products. The 30-day delay in payments ensures that you get all of the non-refunded commissions for your referrals. For example, on March 1st, you would receive a payment for all sales that took place in January. Then, on April 1st, you would be paid for sales made in February, and so on.

COOKIE DURATION AN ASSIGNMENT

The cookie length for affiliates is 30 days.

In practical terms, this means that, even if someone clicks an affiliate’s link, leaves the site, and returns to purchase later, the sale will still be counted towards the affiliate (as long as the user is on the same device and browser, has not cleared their cache, and is within the 30-day cookie period).

The commission will be awarded to the affiliate link that was clicked on last, commonly referred to as ‘Last Touch Attribution’.

If a transaction was not attributed to an affiliate, it is not possible to retroactively attribute the commission to the affiliate.
