Disclaimer

Whilst I would love to guarantee you stratospheric levels of income as a result of doing this course, that is unfortunately not under my control. I have personally earned good money as a result of doing all the things I outline in this course, as have many other bloggers who have followed my blogging advice. However, with the best will in the world, I cannot and do not promise you any specific increase in subscribers, traffic or income as a result of doing this course.

I do discuss some legal issues surrounding email marketing in this course. Please note, I am not a lawyer and I cannot possibly know all the legal rules and regulations surrounding email marketing in every country in the world. I have given the suggestions about how to ensure your email marketing complies with the law in good faith and to the best of my knowledge, however this information should be taken as general good principles to follow and not legal fact. It is your responsibility to consult and follow the rules and regulations surrounding email marketing in your country and to consult a lawyer for further clarification as necessary.

Please also note that, whilst I find it very unlikely that you will suffer any loss of either subscribers, traffic or income as a result of doing this course, I do not accept any responsibility for any loss of any kind that you may incur as a result of doing this course or using any of the resources I recommend.
